Title: "How to Do Nothing—and Why"

Description: "For many of us in the 21st century, the pull to be busy and productive is strong—so strong that it may be difficult to conceptualize what it means to not be doing something.

But throughout history (both ancient and more recent), philosophers and artists have argued for the importance of reserving time for idleness and leisure. We'll discuss some of these ideas as a way to think through what it might mean to truly do nothing, and what doing nothing might do for us."
